e066b95e8ba723e0b559b560c215fe28 During the summer months I decided I wanted to pick up Crossfit again. I felt like I made a lot of progress with my health and fitness on my own, but it was time for the extra something to amp up what I was already doing. I found a local Crossfit "box" and did my foundations class also known as On Ramp in October. I'm in full swing of things now and I LOVE THE BURN! It feels awesome to be sore and to pushing myself physically, but more importantly mentally.
