I have a deep passion for fitness and find such joy moving my body and coaching others as a Certified Personal Trainer. Fitness is a fun part of my life and not a chore.

The food we eat should give us energy. I encourage eating plant-based whole real foods and teach intuitive eating or eating the nutrients your body is craving. With that, I also believe if you want to succeed then you need to prepare for success. I teach you how to simplify meal prepping and find balance in your everyday eating. The key is to remove any stress around daily meals and heal our relationship with food.

We can work together to find the foods you feel best eating that minimize bloating and digestive woes and design an optimal action plan for your goals.
