The food we eat should give us energy. The food we eat should not give us guilt or rob us from happiness. My philosophy begins with eating plant-based real food. Eating real food and building habits based around intuitive eating, eating the nutrients your body is craving, will allow you to feel good, manage your weight, and still LIVE life.
